• Know your cell tower location – monitor the electromagnetic frequency of towers in your area or select Lincoln locations can be found here and many other locations at Global EMF Monitoring.
• Keep your distance from WIFI producing devices – protection begins by keeping your distance. Keep devices such as cordless and cell phones, routers, baby monitors and laptops as far from the body as possible.
• Limit or eliminate the use of WIFI devices – turn off WIFI devices when not in use, overnight while the body is recovering, use ‘airplane’ mode, or GO WIRED. Choose not to use WIFI by installing wired Ethernet cables and purchasing equipment with an Ethernet port. Here is an example video showing how to turn off a device’s WIFI.
• GO WIRED – Install or reconnect wired Ethernet cabling so that WIFI can be turned off or 24/7. Reduce frequencies in the home by connecting devices by Ethernet. Stay connected on your phone and laptop with adapters like this Belkin model USB-C to Ethernet adapter with charger. Contact an experienced electrician or network installer for assistance with network wiring.
